We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations Intern to support our Marketing team. This role offers hands on experience in planning, process design, and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that drive meaningful impact. You’ll play a key role in supporting smooth workflows, improving operational efficiency, and helping ensure successful execution across marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project activities and information
• Optimize Marketing workflows to drive efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve delivery timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Support the centralized project management system (Asana) to ensure visibility, consistency, and accountability
• Support the optimization of the Project Management tool (Asana) and integration with other Marketing tools and cross functional teams
• Support the monthly meeting reports for upper management regarding Marketing results, priorities & plans
• Support the quarterly planning process for the Marketing team including workback schedules, workshop design and material prep
• Support the AI governance and best practices across the Marketing team
• Partner with creative, digital, analytics, and campaign teams to drive execution and streamline handoffs.

What We're Looking For
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels
• Interest in marketing, operations, project management, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, SmartSheets, Monday.com. or MS Project) is a plus
• Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
