We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Merchandising Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the merchandising and supply chain industry. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to apply academic knowledge in textiles, fashion, and supply chain management within a real business environment while learning from experienced industry professionals and gaining exposure to global merchandising operations.

Here is what you will do:

  • Provide general administrative, operational and courier support to the team

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in HK and other locations

  • Assist in sample development activities, including managing sample requests, tracking, shipment coordination, and delivery monitoring

  • Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders on sample development progress and ensure timely communication of shipment updates

  • Participate in tech pack reviews and support updates to product specifications and technical documentation in accordance with buyer requirements

  • Maintain organized e-filing systems for merchandising documents

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

You might be a good fit if you are …

  • University student pursuing a degree in Textile, Fashion Design, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and take on new challenges

  • Detail-oriented team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
