Position Overview
As a Villas Intern with the Kensington Villas team, you will develop a foundation for a successful career in luxury travel, operations, product management, hospitality, or a related field. Working closely with the Director, Villas, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the growth and management of Kensington's luxury villa portfolio while receiving mentorship from an experienced and driven team.
This position will provide valuable exposure to the luxury travel industry and a comprehensive understanding of how premium villa products are sourced, managed, and presented to clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding, uploading, and ongoing management of luxury villa inventory on the Kensington Villas website.
- Upload and maintain villa listings, including descriptions, amenities, images, rates, and destination information.
- Review villa content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms.
- Support villa portfolio operations, inventory management, and demand-planning initiatives.
- Work closely with and support the Director, Villas on assigned projects and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Conduct website audits and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve content discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain supplier information, villa documentation, and digital assets.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, email communication, and team collaboration.
- Assist with reporting, research, and special projects to support the growth of the Villas business.
Qualifications
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online content management systems.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while taking initiative independently.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced luxury travel environment.
- Interest in travel, hospitality, luxury real estate, or digital content management is considered an asset.
