Are you currently studying or recently graduated in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field and looking to gain practical experience in Customs, logistics coordination, and administrative operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive individual with good communication skills in Vietnamese and English. If you are able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support Customs and payment-related activities, this opportunity is for you.

As a PDC Steering, Optimization & Clearing Intern, your responsibilities will include\:

Coordinate with team members and internal stakeholders on logistics operations, including customs clearance and inbound/outbound transportation.
Support daily activities related to customs declaration procedures and associated payment processes.
Assist the logistics team in projects involving supply chain optimization, transportation, and implementation of new systems.
Maintain and enhance data management practices, including data visualization, digitalization, and reporting
Support the manager in coordinating shop floor operations and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with operational goals.
Provide administrative support and assist in resolving operational issues as required.
