JOB DESCRIPTION:

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

As a People Department Intern, you will support the People team in delivering a seamless employee experience across various people-related functions. You will gain hands-on exposure to people operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives while contributing to the day-to-day activities of the department.

  • Support People Department administrative and operational activities, including employee documentation and record management.

  • Assist in talent acquisition activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment trackers.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and employee communications.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure proper filing of employee records.

  • Assist with people-related projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

  • Provide general support to the People team on day-to-day matters and ad hoc assignments.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within a dynamic airline environment while developing a strong understanding of people operations, employee experience, and talent management practices.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource or any related field

  • Must be enrolled in a college or university to qualify. Students who have completed at least two years of college are preferred.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to work on your own or under minimum supervision

  • Excellent command of English both written

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Has great attention to detail
