OnsiteAssist in monitoring end-to-end production planning and execution control for GTF and/or PW4000 engine shop visits
Work with Production Controller on capacity, material and labour constraints review to achieve on-time delivery (OTD) and Turnaround time (TAT) commitments
Assist in ensuring material flow to achieve quality, and delivery targets.
Interface with the various business functions such as Engineering, Customer Service and Quality and multi-level discussions impacting operations and engine delivery objectives Drive execution reviews, ensure schedule discipline, and support executive reporting
Partnering with Department to drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve schedule flow, and planning robustness
Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) involvements to improve efficiency of the process. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
