Key Responsibilities

 Support delegate and visitor promotion initiatives for conferences, including outreach through

email, digital campaigns, and tele\-calling.
<\/div>
 Conduct market and industry research to identify and engage potential delegates, visitors, and
<\/div>
partners.
<\/div>
 Execute targeted outreach to industry stakeholders, associations, and institutions to drive event
<\/div>
participation.
<\/div>
 Call and follow up with prospective delegates, visitors, and institutional participants to confirm
<\/div>
registrations and encourage attendance.
<\/div>
 Assist exhibitors with post\-event support, lead retrieval, and resolving operational queries.
<\/div>
 Coordinate both onsite and backend logistics, including registrations, help desk, session support,
<\/div>
and partner servicing.
<\/div>
 Maintain and update databases of visitors, delegates, and exhibitors to ensure accurate and
<\/div>
timely communication.
<\/div>
 Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth
<\/div>
execution of delegate and visitor engagement plans.
