Intern - Talent Acquisition/L&D

Are you ready for a varied internship combining administration, organisation and teamwork? As a Talent Acquisition/L&D Intern at DESOTEC, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

You will have the opportunity to help build a strong learning and growth environment within DESOTEC, while also developing new skills yourself by fulfilling the following tasks:

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z: from screening candidates to welcoming new colleagues.
  • Contribute to induction and onboarding programmes that perfectly match DESOTEC's rapid growth.
  • Work closely with the Talent Management team to provide each candidate with a smooth, professional and positive experience.
Employee engagement and corporate culture
  • Contribute ideas for initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and further develop our inclusive, positive corporate culture.
  • Conduct engagement surveys, organise one-to-one meetings and support wellbeing and engagement programmes.
Learning & Development
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop impactful learning solutions.
  • Organise and coordinate internal training courses, both live and via e-learning, and liaise with external partners where necessary.
  • Manage our Learning Management System (iSpring) and ensure the smooth roll-out of learning initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of our learning and development programmes.
HR projects & process optimisation
  • Actively participate in strategic HR projects, such as job architecture or cultural initiatives, and gradually expand your own responsibilities.
  • Analyse existing HR processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help implement more efficient solutions.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, guidelines and manuals for HR processes.
  • Support the optimisation of our HRIS to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • You are a final-year student (Master's or Bachelor's) in HR or organisational psychology and looking for an interesting internship/Master's thesis for a minimum of 3 months.
  • You have strong communication and writing skills. You are fluent in Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • You are able to work with different managers.
  • You are skilled at collecting, analysing and presenting data to provide concise, actionable insights.
  • You are a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • You have knowledge of adult learning methods and instructional design to create impactful training materials.
  • You can easily commute to our HQ.
