INTERNAL BLOOM ONLY - Account Lead
Unitas PPO Solutions is a Mesa, Arizona, based company with employees in Arizona, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico and Texas, as well as BPO agents in Mexico, Central America and South America. Our team is almost entirely remote. Our clients are dental offices all over the United States who seek our help in understanding and maximizing their insurance participation. We can teach you everything about the dental office world–we just need someone with strong computer skills, accountability, reliability, proficient English, and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for team members who want long-term work.
We have several teams that specialize in our different products. You could be added to:
- PPO Management Team: Clients sign a 12 month agreement and hire Unitas to determine their in-network insurance participation and what fees they are contracted on. After an analysis, we work on the office’s specific goals and work to increase their PPO revenue through negotiation and optimization.
- Practice Development Team: Clients sign a 12 month agreement and hire Unitas to get new practices enrolled with PPOs using strategy and optimization, guiding the new business owner through in-network insurance participation. This team also helps transition practices from one owner to another.
- Ongoing PPO Management Team: After clients complete their first 12 months, their account will shift over to month to month service to help maintain and manage their in-network insurance participation.
The Account Lead role focuses on regular contact, managing insurance offers, and helping add new dentists when requested. Much of the communication is through email with some phone calls. The account load builds with training.
Depending on team placement, Initial training can start from between 7:00-9:00 am Mountain Time (US) with a 30 minute lunch break. You will be notified prior to starting what the training hours will be. After training is complete, and you can work independently, you may select a shift that is best for you during our business hours
window (begin as early as 6:00 am Mountain Time or as late as 8:00 am working an 8 hour work day). You will be expected to be available for team meetings and be on camera. Your clients will span all US time zones.
