Location: Toronto, Ontario

Hybrid: 3 days/week

The Internal Communications Analyst is responsible for driving employee engagement, connecting teams to the company’s vision, and translating strategic priorities into compelling narratives for diverse internal audiences. It requires a blend of creative storytelling, design, and strong business acumen, along with fluency in both English and French.

What's on the menu?

  • Support the development and execution of internal communications plans aligned to business and functional priorities
  • Draft, edit, and format a range of communication materials, including leadership messages, employee updates, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, talking points, and event communications
  • Coordinate communications calendars, timelines, approvals, and distribution across multiple channels
  • Manage communications across multiple platforms, including intranets (such as SharePoint), email campaigns, town halls, and internal newsletters.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including People & Performance, leadership, plant/site teams, and business functions to gather inputs and ensure message alignment
  • Help manage internal communication channels and recommend the best format, channel, and cadence for different messages
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives through communications planning and content development
  • Assist with communications for key business moments, change initiatives, events, and plant/site-based activities as needed
  • Track communications performance and engagement metrics, and help turn insights into practical recommendations
  • Maintain communication assets, templates, and content repositories to support consistency and efficiency
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for communications projects and priorities

  • 2+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a related role
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong design skills and experience in using design software/platforms
  • Fluency in both English & French is required

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$75,100.00 - $93,900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
