Internal -Operations Supervisor - Asurint
NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB
The Operations Supervisor oversees all activities of their respective department in the company. They observe and analyze the overall efficacy of the department and ensure things are moving smoothly. They also report their findings to upper management as needed.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Supervises and leads the employees in their department.
- Evaluate employee performance and deliver feedback, positive or critical, depending on the employee and the situation, including scorecard reviews.
- Producing monthly, weekly, and daily reports on department metrics to department managers and clients.
- Review and handle all escalations from the team.
- Act as POC for escalations with clients.
- Conduct and assist with training exercises.
- Management of all administrative tasks relating to the team.
- Assist with recruitment screening.
- Outlier management and performance improvement plans.
- Accurate timekeeping of the team’s attendance and notifying the client of any issues or absences.
- Any other assigned task.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years’ experience with exposure at a supervisory level.
- 5 successful passes or more at CSEC or equivalent. A diploma in business administration is preferred.
- Excellent computer and administrative skills.
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, email, Google Docs).
- A strong work ethic.
