Your referrals are one of MedElite's most valuable resources. We're always open to top-tier talents who share our commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. And we're happy to compensate you for helping us land them.

Referral Bonus Structure:

Reminder: All bonuses are paid out after the successful completion of the referral's 90-day probationary period.

• Physicians (Medical Directors, Attending, Collaborating): $3,500 (Limited Time Only!)
• Providers (Primary Care, Subspecialty): $2,500
• Care Coordinators (Brooklyn & Florida Hubs): $1,000
• Medical Assistants and Techs: $1,000
• Office Staff: $500

How to Refer:

We know you've got a lot on your plate, so we've made this as low-lift as possible. Here are the three simple steps.

1. Enter Your Referral's Information: Input their basic contact information in the "Apply for this job" section. Uploading their resume is optional!
2. Enter Your Information: We just need your name, email, ant your preference for receiving updates.
3. Submit: Hit "Submit application" and you're done!

That's it! Our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to your referral and handle everything from there.
