Internal Sales / Administration

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Port Headland branch and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve

Taking ownership of processed customers' orders, including; handling incoming sales calls
Driving Sales and building your customer accounts
Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia
Purchasing
Building relationships with suppliers

A bit about you

Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
Strong skills with MS Excel with sound working knowledge of purchasing/supply systems highly desirable
Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
Experience with Pronto is highly desired
Current valid Australian Drivers licence
