Internal Sales
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Roma and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.
A typical day will involve:
- Provide tailored solutions and in-store experience that inspires and engages our customers
- Manage sales orders, quotations, and customer projects with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
- Respond promptly to customer queries and conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely order fulfilment
- You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
- Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded, otherwise we will provide the product training!
- Forklift Licence
- Current valid drivers licence
