We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers who are interested in building a career in International B2B sales<\/b>, lead generation, and client engagement. \n<\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/b> \n<\/span>
<\/div>
● Conduct market research to identify potential companies, decision\-makers, and business \nopportunities aligned with our conferences and events. \n<\/span>
<\/div>
● Generate qualified leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other lead \ngeneration platforms. \n<\/span>
<\/div>
● Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and professional \nnetworking. \n<\/span>
<\/div>
● Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments between prospective clients and the sales \nteam. \n<\/span>
<\/div>
● Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems and internal databases. \n<\/span>
<\/div>
● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients. \n<\/span>
<\/div>
● Meet daily and monthly activity targets related to lead generation and meeting setup.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
● Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in lead generation, pre\-sales, \ninside sales, business development. \n<\/span>

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n<\/span>
<\/div>
● Strong interpersonal and networking abilities. <\/span>
<\/div>
\n● Good research and analytical skills. \n<\/span>
<\/div>
● Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with international clients. \n<\/span>

● Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, AI tools and internet research tools. \n<\/span>

● Self\-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.<\/span>
