Global Payroll Operations
- Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring payroll is delivered accurately and on time.
- Validate payroll inputs including employee data, tax, social security, benefits, allowances, and deductions.
- Review payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Partner with external payroll vendors to resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure payroll activities comply with local employment laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Support statutory reporting, payroll audits, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain payroll documentation, process maps, SOPs, and governance records.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Provide payroll support to employees, HR Business Partners, Finance teams, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries professionally and timely.
- Collaborate across regions to support payroll initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Data & Process Excellence
- Maintain payroll databases and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze payroll trends, exceptions, and operational metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
AI & Digital Transformation
- Participate in payroll automation and AI-driven initiatives.
- Leverage Excel, data analytics, and AI tools to improve payroll processes and reporting.
- Support global payroll transformation projects and system enhancements.
Who We Look For
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates or less than 1 year relevant and progressive payroll experience are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in HR, Payroll, Finance, Shared Services, or Operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Comfortable working with data and numbers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
