Your Role
We are seeking an International Social Media Lead to drive our digital presence across key international markets. You will be responsible for translating global content strategy into culturally relevant local narratives while building strategic partnerships that elevate the club's brand across the Americas, Asia, and MENA regions.
Key Responsabilities
International Content Strategy & Agency Management
Lead, manage, and mentor international content agencies (Americas, Asia, MENA) to ensure effective localization and adaptation of global campaigns
Translate club-wide creative briefs and content into market-specific stories that resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency
Drive collaboration across markets to share best practices, optimize performance, and maximize content ROI
Digital Lead for International Activations
Own the digital strategy and execution for the club's international marketing campaigns and seasonal activations
Oversee planning, coordination, and performance tracking across multiple regional markets and time zones
Ensure seamless integration of social media strategy with broader international business objectives
Strategic Partnerships & Growth
Identify and cultivate relationships with sports entities, cultural institutions, influencers, and brands in target markets
Develop and execute collaborative content partnerships that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness
Create pathways for new audience segments and untapped market opportunities
Who We Are Looking For
Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business Administration with a specialization in Digital Communication
At least 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy (sports or international-facing brands preferred)
Professional fluency in English and French
Proven experience managing agencies, or stakeholders in international or cross-cultural environments
Experience within a sports organization, sports marketing agency, or high-profile brands with global reach
Strong understanding of regional social platforms, audience behaviors, and cultural nuances across the Americas, Asia, and the MENA region
Demonstrated ability to develop creative briefs, manage budgets, and measure campaign performance
Excellent project management and communication skills in a fast-paced, matrix organization
An existing network within the U.S. sports industry would be a strong asset.
