International Student Recruitment Officer

International Student Recruitment Implementation:
• Implement international students recruitment program to achieve the targeted international student volumes
• Engage with Faculty and Marketing colleagues in identifying opportunities for new business development in international student recruitment and exchanges.
• Arrange various program activities that will significantly increase international student flow for BINUS University (fairs, info sessions, travel, research activities, etc.)
Recruitment Agents and Relationship Management:
• Communicate and maintain updated information from and to student recruitment agents related to international student recruitment process
• Inform approved marketing content to student recruitment agents that enable them to conduct effective recruitment activities
• Process agent benefits
• Maintain partnership contracts to ensure adherence to legal audit requirements
Admission Process Implementation:
• Arrange International Student enrolment process and provide required information to related student
• Liaise with IO and International Student Counselor for permit documents and other related support (e.g., accommodation, visas, language training)
• Maintain applicant files and accurate information on the application stage process
• Liaise with government officials to process equivalency requests
• Assist with the implementation of the orientation program
Operational Activities:
• Conduct operation process for international student recruitment (include recruitment outreach process implementation)
• Ensure that agents, institutions, parents and prospective students have an excellent experience from recruitment to program completion
• Ensure overall compliance with the University and government regulation and requirements regarding international student status and its continuance
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
Special Skill:
• Customer Services & Strong Administration
