Meade Lexus of Lakeside is hiring an Internet Sales Manager to lead guest communication and help convert internet and phone opportunities into appointments and sales.

This hands-on role focuses on fast response times, personalized communication, CRM follow-up, video messaging, and appointment performance from first inquiry through showroom visit.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads and inbound phone opportunities
• Communicate with guests through phone, email, text, video, and CRM follow-up
• Ensure leads are properly assigned and followed up on consistently
• Track appointment set, shown, and sold performance
• Help improve lead conversion and guest engagement

Qualifications

• Automotive sales, internet sales, CRM, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up tasks
• Experience with Elead CRM or similar CRM preferred
