Internship 2026, Quality Management System, PowerSolutions (PS/QMM-HmjP)
Quality Management System (QMS):
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining QMS change requirement.
- Analyze current processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure compliance
- Support in conducting collect information and assessments for continuous improvement.
- Support preparing in auditing activities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data using Power BI.
- Develop the Power BI dashboards and reports to track QMS change requirement and Concession
- Help identify trends and insights in data to support decision-making processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with quality management teams, and other department regard Q-mindset improvement
- Support preparing in Quality activity
Educational Requirements:
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering and Information Technology)
- Relevant coursework in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Process Improvement, Data Analytics, and Power BI
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Power BI (creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations).
- Familiarity with Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, data modeling).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.

Working conditions
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5.30 pm.
- Monthly allowance and housing allowance
- Free lunch & transportation
- Vacation eligibility: 1 day /month
- Required period minimum 6 months
