Internship: Assistant General Manager

What you’ll do…

• ​​​​​Work side-by-side with the hotel General Manager and assist with a wide variety of tasks: commercial, strategic, operational.
• Actively engage with HODs to support them where needed with organisational challenges and processes.
• Support ad-hoc challenges of the hotel; at times this will be admin, at other times this will be in the heat of action.
• Contact third parties, suppliers and contractors to inquire about FF&E and OS&E in collaboration with GM and HODs.
• Proactively and independently work on tasks discussed with GM; initiate tasks and get things done.
• Link operational data with the hotel budget and suggest points for improvement.
