Internship - Data Scientist
As part of the deployment of AI Copilot agents, we are looking to structure a monitoring framework to effectively manage their performance, quality, and adoption, while keeping associated costs under control.
YOUR ROLE
The intern will contribute to the definition and implementation of a monitoring framework covering:
Response quality: defining metrics (accuracy, relevance, hallucination rate), and implementing (automated) evaluation mechanisms
Performance and stability: monitoring response times, error rates, availability, and robustness of agents
User adoption: tracking usage, analyzing user journeys, measuring satisfaction (feedback, NPS, reuse rate)
Costs and FINOps: monitoring inference and usage costs, optimizing the value-to-cost ratio
Development environment and industrialization:
Contributing to the structuring of a standardized Sandbox environment in collaboration with IT Infrastructure teams
Implementing resource variability (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) to facilitate production deployment
Writing recommendations and best practices for integration, deployment, and industrialization of agents
Expected Deliverables
A structured framework (metrics, dashboards, standards)
Recommendations on architecture, processes, and development environment
A first version of the monitoring solution (e.g., dashboards or automated reporting)
Guidelines for setup, configuration, and resource variability
YOUR PROFILE
Student in engineering school / Data Science
Specialization in AI, LLMs, and production deployment challenges
Comfortable with data analysis and technical environments
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and critical thinking
