Internship for TSD PCEPE

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities in plant operations and supporting processes.
  • Assist in evaluating the technical, operational, and economic feasibility of improvement initiatives.
  • Support studies related to energy efficiency, resource optimization, waste reduction, decarbonization, and sustainability improvements.
  • Perform preliminary cost-benefit analyses and estimate potential value creation from identified opportunities.
  • Participate in site assessments, stakeholder discussions, and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and recommend improvement solutions.
  • Support preparation of technical reports, presentations, and management updates on improvement projects.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, benefits realization, and sustainability performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Sustainability focal persons.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student pursuing Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related disciplines).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Interest in process improvement, sustainability, energy management, and operational excellence.

Potential Internship Project Scope

  • Identification and evaluation of plant improvement opportunities.
  • Feasibility studies for energy-saving or cost optimization initiatives.
  • Sustainability assessments focusing on carbon reduction, resource efficiency, and waste minimization.
  • Development of recommendations and implementation roadmaps for selected improvement projects.
