What is the role about?<\/b>
<\/div>

<\/div>
We are looking for an HR Intern<\/b> to join our team through an academic internship, with availability for a full\-time placement of at least 3 months. In this role, you will be actively involved in projects that contribute to the continuous improvement of our Human Resources Department, combining administrative support, strategic involvement and people\-focused initiatives.
<\/div>

Your main responsibilities will include:
<\/div>
  • Providing day\-to\-day administrative support to the HR Manager.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Contributing to the definition of roles and updating job descriptions.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Helping to refine and improve the interns\u2019 onboarding experience.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Supporting the drafting of procedures and HR analytics for reporting and decision\-making processes.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assisting in the design of compensation frameworks, including variable objectives, to ensure internal coherence.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Supporting the establishment and tracking of HR metrics.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Taking part in ad hoc HR projects (pay transparency, competency matrix, people development, internship programmes, etc.).

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Final\-year Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Availability for a full\-time academic internship<\/b> of at least 3 months<\/b>.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • The internship must be part of the academic curriculum and requires the signature of a tripartite agreement between Group\-IPS, the student, and the Educational Establishment.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Legal authorisation to reside and work in Belgium for the full duration of the internship is required. Group\-IPS does not support visa applications or visa status changes.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • International mindset, with openness to new ways of working and thinking.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong organisational skills, with a high level of administrative accuracy and multitasking ability.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Motivation to learn about the HR field and actively contribute to a variety of HR projects.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to adapt easily to a fast\-paced and constantly evolving environment.<\/span>
