Internship - IT Department

This is a remote position.

This internship is an opportunity to learn how technology supports world-class events from concept through execution.

As an IT Intern, you will work alongside the operations and production teams to understand how systems, data, and tools enable complex, high-touch events to function smoothly. You will be exposed to the full lifecycle of an event, from early planning and documentation to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up, with a specific focus on the technology and processes behind the scenes.

You will assist with tasks such as system setup, documentation, user access management, basic troubleshooting, and process improvement across platforms used for event planning, communications, and operations. You will also gain insight into how technology decisions impact producers, vendors, and clients in real time, especially when events are live and time-sensitive.

This role requires attention to detail, accountability, and a willingness to learn. Event production is fast-paced and demanding, and the technology supporting it must be reliable, organized, and well thought out. You will not be expected to know everything, but you will be expected to ask questions, follow instructions carefully, and take ownership of your work.

Colin Cowie Lifestyle is built on high standards and a team that takes pride in doing things correctly. This internship is best suited for someone who wants real exposure to how IT supports luxury events and who is interested in learning how disciplined systems and processes make exceptional experiences possible.

If you are curious about the intersection of technology, operations, and live events, this internship will give you a realistic look at what it takes.
