  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, support agile prioritization, and help move enhancements through the SDLC lifecycle
  • Apply analytical frameworks, data visualization, and data sourcing tools to evaluate business problems and recommend practical solutions for integration into the IDL platform
  • Analyze large payments and liquidity datasets to identify trends, validate assumptions, perform due diligence, and support requirements definition for technology partners
  • Contribute to intraday liquidity management activities, including oversight of USD balances, maintenance of the USD Intraday Liquidity playbook, simulation exercises, and business resiliency planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute and enhance controls that support effective management of intraday liquidity flows

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • 1+ years of experience in finance, treasury, payments, product management, technology delivery, consulting, data analytics, or a high-growth fintech environment
  • Experience working with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Databricks, or comparable platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear analysis and senior-ready materials
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to working with data
  • Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, operate under time pressure, and drive deliverables to completion
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business, product, technology, and control partners across the firm

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release management practices
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development or productivity tools, such as GitHub Copilot, VS Code, or comparable workflow automation capabilities
  • Ability to break down complex problems, synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders, and deliver practical recommendations in a global operating environment
  • Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a demonstrated desire to learn new products, technologies, and market infrastructure concepts
  • Ability to apply analytical rigor while remaining pragmatic, execution-focused, and responsive to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear narratives from data and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
