Position Overview
The Inventory and Sales Consultant play a critical role in supporting integrated inventory control and
sales functions across Bermuda. This position is instrumental in driving revenue growth, ensuring
inventory accuracy, and expanding the market presence of UC Group of Companies Ltd., while
supporting both DBL and Thrive business units.
The Inventory and Sales Consultant will strengthen client relationships, enhance operational
efficiencies, and contribute to improved community health and wellness outcomes across the island.


Core Accountabilities
 Ensure effective inventory control and stock accuracy.
 Drive sales performance and revenue growth across DBL, Thrive, and partner outlets.
 Build and maintain strategic client relationships across Bermuda.
 Support market expansion and brand visibility initiatives.
 Align daily operational execution with Dr. Brown’s strategic vision and company objectives.


Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Operational Management
 Manage inventory systems across laboratory supplies, medical stock, and retail products.
 Ensure accurate costing, recording, and tracking of all inbound inventory.
 Monitor stock levels, movement, expiry dates, and rotation to minimize losses.
 Reconcile deliveries against supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
 Track supplier pricing trends and report changes that may impact margins.


2. Sales & Account Management
 Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key business accounts, including:
o Pharmacies
o Wellness clinics
o Salons
o Gyms
o Retail outlets
 Identify, prospect, and onboard new business opportunities across Bermuda.
 Conduct regular store visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
 Facilitate product training sessions for clients and partners.
 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining consistent revenue growth.


3. Retail & Thrive Market Development
 Promote and sell DBL and Thrive products across assigned locations.
 Coordinate order taking, packing, and delivery logistics.
 Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
 Effectively utilize and manage point-of-purchase (POP) materials to enhance sales.


4. Marketing & Community Engagement
 Organize and support:
o Community events
o Health seminars
o Product activations and showcases
 Promote brand awareness and community wellness initiatives.
 Represent UC Group of Companies Ltd. as a professional and engaging brand ambassador throughout Bermuda.


5. Process Improvement & Reporting
 Identify inefficiencies in inventory and sales processes.
 Recommend and implement improvements to systems and workflows.
 Provide insights, analysis, and reporting to support CFO and CEO decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

 Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Bermuda
