Inventory Controllers x 2 – Laverton North, VIC
About the role and opportunity on offer -
We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controllers to join our Laverton North site. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, stock integrity and efficient warehouse operations, supporting both internal teams and customer requirements.
You’ll be responsible for managing stock movements, driving inventory improvements, and ensuring all activities align with our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities and Duties – but not limited to –
Maintain stock integrity across all product lines and ensure accurate inventory records.
Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Investigate variances, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver accurate inventory reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc).
Support inventory analysis, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate stock movements, transfers and disposal of obsolete or damaged goods.
Liaise with internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure all receipting, storage and dispatch processes meet operational KPIs.
What we are looking for to drive success –
Experience in inventory control, warehousing or logistics.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience with inventory systems – SAP or RAMCO, WMS and MS Office.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Forklift Ticket a requirement.
