We are seeking experienced, detail\-oriented Inventory Specialist/Forklift Operators to join our Irving team. We are building out our team and looking for dependable operators who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow with the company. This role is focused on the safe, efficient operation of sit\-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, along with accurate product handling, scanning, and labeling in a fast\-paced, climate\-controlled warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Primary Duties \-
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Operate a sit\-down forklift (electric or propane) safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Use RF scanners to accurately track, verify, and log inventory movement.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Print and apply shipping and product labels, ensuring all information is correct and legible.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Stage, organize, and transport goods in support of export and air freight operations.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Perform palletization of products according to company standards and load requirements.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and product\-handling tasks.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Secondary Duties \-

\u2022 Confirm correct labeling, counts, and storage locations to ensure inventory integrity.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Assist with general warehouse operations as needed, including staging, organizing, and transporting goods.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Support team members and adapt to shifting priorities to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Prior forklift operating experience required; sit\-down forklift (electric or propane) experience preferred.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 RF scanner experience and knowledge of printing labels.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Export and air freight experience is a big plus.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Fast learner with a good attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Must be able to speak English.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Must have reliable transportation (rideshare/Uber is not acceptable).
<\/div>

Pay rate: $18.50\u2013$21.00 per hour, based on experience.

Work Environment & Dress Code:<\/b>

\u2022 Climate\-controlled warehouse; role involves heavy lifting.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 PPE required: steel\-toed boots. A DSV safety vest is provided (a $25 fee applies if the vest is not returned).
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Dress code: jeans and a t\-shirt with no offensive language or graphics.
<\/div>
