Investment Counselor, Private Banking

Job Description:

• Analyze economic trends/activities and advise the effects on the investors' portfolios
• To understand clients' risk profile, investment needs and construct and execute investment solutions
• Regularly review and recommend any necessary rebalancing of portfolios to Advisors and Clients
• Present all investment solutions in a high standard, professional manner
• Share knowledge and best practices with the Advisors
• Support Client Advisors in providing ongoing investment advice to clients

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration/Banking and Finance or any relevant discipline
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in investment advisory, investment product sales, or a closely related role
• Strong ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly and credibly to clients
• Broad and solid understanding of financial markets, portfolio construction, and investment solutions across asset classes
• Hold CACS Paper 1 & 2
• As this role will cover clients from North Asia, knowledge of Mandarin
