More about the role
We’re looking for an (interim) Investor Relations Manager to join our Investor Relations team in Amsterdam. The position is on an interim basis for up to one year (1-year fixed term contract) and is intended for someone who can make an immediate impact in a listed-company environment.
As Investor Relations Manager, you will help shape and deliver Signify’s external financial communications and support the development of our equity story. Working closely with senior management, central functions, and the businesses, you will play a key role in drafting, coordinating, and refining quarterly press releases, Q&A documents, investor presentations, executive scripts, and other capital markets materials. You should be a confident communicator with strong writing skills, comfortable engaging with analysts, investors, and internal stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Prepare Signify's quarterly financials including press releases, Q&A, presentations, and scripts
- Prepare materials for the Board of Management and Supervisory Board, including presentations and reports on investor relations activities
- Proactively manage analyst and investor inquiries
- Manage the quarterly consensus process
- Collaborate with other central functions and the businesses to ensure consistent messaging and accurate information
- Monitor and analyze the company's share price and trading activity, as well as industry trends and competitor performance
More about you

Master’s Degree in finance, economics, or equivalent
5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in investor relations or a related capital markets role within a listed-company environment
Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of financial statements; financial modelling capabilities and understanding of valuation methods is considered a big plus
Passionate about financial markets
Fluency in English with excellent writing, editing, and document drafting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage credibly with analysts, investors, senior management, and cross-functional teams
Proactive and self-motivated with problem solving and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
Customer-oriented mindset, ability to build internal and external stakeholder relations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with flexible working hours occasionally
