IS & ERP Technical Expert

This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ERP and IS related issues, while driving continuous improvement of manufacturing and purchasing processes to optimize system performance and data reliability. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to support the effective implementation and use of ERP, MES and other IS systems.

Main Duties:

• Analyse the current information/data management structure and identify the needs.

• Update and maintain technical data to ensure systems accuracy and integrity.

• Coordinate with the production team to deploy solutions within the ERP and MES systems.

• Implement processes for making ERP solutions work for the organization.

• Develop, document, and enforce system policies, procedures, and standards.

• Test system updates, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems.

• Maintain and update system documentation.

• Create reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making.

Additional Duties:

• Train employees on new procedures and work instructions relating to the use of the ERP, MES and IS systems.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and support for operational needs.
