ISS - Network Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Backup & Storage\nAdministrator to manage enterprise backup, recovery, tape library, and storage\ninfrastructure in a production environment. The role involves ensuring data\nprotection, backup reliability, disaster recovery readiness, and storage\navailability across critical systems.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b> \u2022 Manage enterprise backup and recovery operations\nusing Commvault.<\/span><\/span> \u2022 Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve\nbackup/storage\-related incidents and failures.<\/span><\/span> \u2022 Administer tape library operations including tape\nrotation, archival, and media management.<\/span><\/span> \u2022 Manage NetApp storage infrastructure including\nNAS/SAN, snapshots, replication, and storage provisioning.<\/span><\/span> \u2022 Support disaster recovery activities, backup\nrestorations, and infrastructure maintenance.<\/span><\/span> \u2022 Collaborate with server, database,\nvirtualization, and cloud teams for infrastructure support.<\/span><\/span> \u2022 Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance standards,\nand operational processes.<\/span><\/span> ▪ Hands\-on experience with Commvault backup\nadministration.<\/span><\/span> ▪ Experience in Tape Library management and\narchival operations.<\/span><\/span> ▪ Strong knowledge of NetApp storage administration\n(ONTAP, NAS, SAN, snapshots, replication).<\/span><\/span> ▪ Good understanding of VMware, Windows, Linux, and\nenterprise infrastructure environments.<\/span><\/span> ▪ Experience in incident management,\ntroubleshooting, and disaster recovery support.<\/span><\/span> ▪ Knowledge of scripting/automation and ITIL\nprocesses will be an added advantage.<\/span><\/span>
