    Your role is to help ensure work flows smoothly between teams and customers by making sure nothing is missed, delayed, or unclear.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Support the day\-to\-day running of IT service delivery<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Maintain<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>accurate<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>records, trackers, and documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Assist<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>with operational reports and service data<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Help ensure processes are followed,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>and information is up to date<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Technical Coordination Support:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

      • Understand and manage the ticket lifecycle<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Ensure updates are logged correctly<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Support scheduling, handovers, and follow\-ups<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Assist<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>with onboarding and offboarding administration (access, accounts, devices coordination)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Support documentation and quality checks across systems<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Customer Success Support:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Tracking client requests and actions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Ensuring follow\-through and clear communication<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Keeping customer information and notes up to date<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Help prepare client updates, reports, and service information<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          Team & Project Coordination:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
