<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Your role is to help ensure work flows smoothly between teams and customers by making sure nothing is missed, delayed, or unclear.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>What you will be doing:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>Operations Support:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>- Support the day\-to\-day running of IT service delivery<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>accurate<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>records, trackers, and documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Assist<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>with operational reports and service data<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Help ensure processes are followed,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>and information is up to date<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Technical Coordination Support:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>- Understand and manage the ticket lifecycle<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure updates are logged correctly<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support scheduling, handovers, and follow\-ups<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Assist<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>with onboarding and offboarding administration (access, accounts, devices coordination)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
