IT Application Support Lead

  • Own METI IT application operations, stability, and service delivery
  • Lead and manage the IT Application Operations / ETRM support team
  • Ensure successful execution of End-of-Day (EOD) and batch processing
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 (L1–L2) application support
  • Act as primary escalation point for IT-related application incidents
  • Manage third-party vendors and offshore support partners
  • Monitor and improve platform availability, performance, and operational KPIs
  • Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities
  • Ensure appropriate runbooks, documentation, and operational controls are in place
  • Partner with the Head of Business Operations to support business-led change
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise trading or financial systems
  • Hands-on knowledge of Endur or similar ETRM platforms
  • Proven experience working in cloud architecture (Azure)
  • Proven experience leading application or production support teams
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (incident, problem, change)
  • Experience managing vendors and offshore delivery models
  • Ability to operate under pressure in time-critical trading environments
  • Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
