IT Associate
We are now expanding our locations in Lagos and we need an IT Associate who will be responsible for ensuring reliable IT infrastructure and responsive day\-to\-day technical support for Campus HQ tenants and internal teams. This role is critical to maintaining uninterrupted connectivity, secure systems, and a seamless digital workspace experience across all locations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>

Provide first\-line IT support to tenants and internal teams, resolving internet, hardware, software, and basic system issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and related systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Support tenant onboarding and offboarding by setting up workstations, network access, and basic access systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Diagnose and resolve IT issues promptly to minimise downtime and service disruption.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to resolve escalated or specialised issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, and basic system records.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Issue resolution speed: Average response and resolution time for tenant and internal IT tickets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Service quality: Low volume of repeat issues and positive tenant/internal feedback.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration roles.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and basic IT security practices.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Strong problem\-solving skills with a customer\-focused, service\-oriented approach.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally to non\-technical users.<\/span>
