<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>- Client\u2019s<\/span> US Commercial Finance to support and enhance\n the systems and data capabilities that underpin revenue management,\n rebate processing, and commercial reporting. This role sits at the\n intersection of business and technology, working across a portfolio\n of commercial platforms to translate complex business needs into\n well\-defined system solutions.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- As an\n IT Business Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between business\n stakeholders and technical delivery teams, supporting the full lifecycle\n of system changes, from requirements gathering and design through\n testing, deployment, and documentation. You bring a structured,\n analytical mindset and are equally comfortable leading a requirements\n workshop, writing a user story, or digging into a data discrepancy with\n SQL.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Primary\n Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>- Partner\n with business stakeholders to understand, capture, and translate complex\n commercial and finance requirements into clear, actionable system\n specifications.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Support project coordination activities\n including milestone tracking, status reporting, and cross team\n dependency management to keep delivery on track<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Operate as an effective member of blended\n delivery teams, supporting end\-to\-end system changes through <\/span>Client\u2019s<\/span> System Lifecycle (SLC) framework, from\n initiation and design through testing and deployment<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Analyze proposed system changes and new\n technical opportunities; assess and clearly communicate impacts, risks,\n and trade\-offs to both technical and non\-technical audiences<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Perform\n hands\-on data analysis using SQL to investigate issues, validate\n outputs, and deliver accurate, audience\-appropriate insights across a\n range of business and technical stakeholders<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Contribute\n to business case development for new initiatives; proactively identify\n and recommend opportunities for process improvement and operational\n efficiency<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Create and maintain high\-quality system\n documentation\- including functional specifications, process flows, data\n dictionaries, and knowledge base articles \u2014 to support a robust and\n shared understanding of supported applications<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Elicit, author, and refine agile user stories,\n requirements specifications, business process documentation, and\n solution design artifacts<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing\n activities \- including system integration testing (SIT) and user\n acceptance testing (UAT) \- to ensure delivered solutions meet defined\n business acceptance criteria<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Ensure all delivery activities adhere to <\/span>Client<\/span>'s division and corporate compliance standards,\n including change management and documentation requirements in ServiceNow\n and Kneat SLC<\/span>

<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>- 4\u20137 years of experience in an IT Business\n Analyst or equivalent role; candidates with strong relevant experience\n at the lower end of the range will be considered<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Proficiency\n in SQL for data querying, investigation, and validation across\n relational data environments<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Demonstrated SDLC experience\- with working\n knowledge of both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Hands\-on\n experience with ServiceNow for change management, incident tracking, or\n IT service management workflows<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Exceptional documentation skills: ability\n to produce clear, structured, and well\-organized artifacts for both\n technical and business audiences<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Strong\n analytical and problem\-solving capabilities, with a track record of\n translating ambiguous business needs into well\-defined requirements<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Excellent communication and stakeholder\n management skills\- comfortable facilitating working sessions and\n presenting findings to varied audiences<\/span>

<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>- Experience\n working in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences commercial\n environments, particularly in areas such as revenue management,\n gross\-to\-net, rebates, or pricing<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Familiarity with commercial and revenue\n management platforms (e.g. Model N Powered by N, Kernel Open Pharma,\n Flex or similar)<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Experience with reporting and analytics tools\n such as QlikView, Power BI, or Cognos<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>- Exposure\n to cloud\-based data platforms or data lake environments (e.g., AWS,\n Azure)<\/span>
