IT Business Partner***

This will be a 1-year renewable contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Be the users' primary point of contact for IT related issues.
• Act as a translation layer, explaining complex IT policies in simple terms to users.
• Oversees IT projects and service delivery
• Understands and translates operational, tactical, and strategic needs for IT services.
• Continuous communication with users/stakeholders; advising, sharing updates and obtaining feedback in security, policies and user experience
• Engaging users/stakeholders in process improvement, IT initiatives, policy and compliance, IT budget management and IT services.
• Ensure compliance with all IT PSPG (Policies, Standards, Procedures and Guidelines)
• Manage implementation of IT solutions
• Conduct Proof-of-Concept activities with IT vendors
• Identify and exploit new capabilities and features of emerging IT technologies
• Assist in digitalization efforts

Requirement

• Degree holder with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
• Basic understanding of networking, IT systems, platforms, and data centre operations, IT Service desk process and tickets status monitoring
• Able to propose and setup IT solutions (Virtual Machines, Data Storage system).
• Demonstrates high EQ in managing complex stakeholder relationships, balancing strict corporate compliance with the flexibility required for users.
• Service Orientation, Stakeholder Negotiation, Crisis Management, and Urgency Prioritization.
