Job Purpose
This role ensures strategic liaison between IT and business units, aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals. The incumbent responsibilities include proactive management of the demand pipeline by collecting and evaluating requests from business teams, working in close collaboration with global IT platform owners and vendors and maintaining the seamless operation of platforms and fostering a robust customer experience.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Serve as the primary interface between IT and business units, translating business needs into IT requirements and solutions
Ensure IT projects and services align with business objectives and deliver measurable value
Manage and oversee IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget
Propose innovation projects aligned with the company's strategy and implement them OTIFOB.
Assess feasibility and impact of new technologies and systems, monitoring performance post-implementation
Collaborate with IT teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions
Support TMICC technology transformation in GTM and ensure business continuity
Serve as the trusted data and analytics consultant to the partnering functions
Maintain awareness of emerging technology trends and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences
Atleast 2 years of relevant experience of partnering with business teams to support digital or technology initiatives within GTM
Working knowledge of GTM tools, systems and processes within category domain
Awareness of cyber security, enterprise architecture, and governance processes
Familiarity with AI, automation, or analytics use cases (hands-on experience preferred but not mandatory)
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder management and influencing skills
Change management and adoption enablement
