Role Summary
Lead IT strategy and execution across equipment automation, data analytics platforms, and advanced engineering control, driving digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Build and lead cross-functional IT teams; align technology roadmap with business goals
• Automation: Oversee equipment automation (PLC/SCADA, MES, IoT) and system integration
• Data Platforms: Develop and manage data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities
• Advanced Control: Implement process control, optimization, and digital twin solutions
• Innovation: Drive adoption of emerging technologies (cloud, AI, Industry 4.0)
• Governance: Ensure security, reliability, and effective project and budget management

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 10+ years IT experience with leadership exposure
• Strong expertise in automation systems, data platforms, and control technologies
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
