IT Desktop Engineer
Job Description
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool, etc.
• Support event, video conference with understanding knowhow and break fix
• Support and troubleshoot desktop Technology and application like Microsoft Office
• General concept for reporting, dashboard
• With proactive communication with senior executive with quick resolution and follow up plan
• Fast learner on new technology with data driven
• Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents
• Team Management with cross country is ideally passionate, high performer, fast learner, willing to take ownership work overtime required occasionally for emergency, project and VP support
• Facilitate requirements discussions, troubleshooting and translate specifications in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN with stakeholders in China who communicate solely in MANDARIN.
Job requirements:
• 2+ years of work experience in large enterprise companies
• University degree in computer science or equivalent experience in IT
• Good knowledge in User & VIP Support and ITIL methodology
• Proven ability of project management
• Good Communication with different department and stakeholders
Good to have Requirements:
• Proficient (written and spoken) in ENGLISH and CHINESE (Min B3 in GCE "O" Level CHINESE) or equivalent) to facilitate requirements discussions, troubleshooting, and translate specifications with MANDARIN-SPEAKING ONLY stakeholders in China.
• Familiar with Mac OS system
