IT & Digital Coordinator

In this versatile position, you will be responsible for the technical and digital

development of our school. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Administration, maintenance, and continuous development of the school’s IT infrastructure
  • Responsibility for the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and related applications and services
  • Support and further development of school software solutions and digital learning platforms (e.g., WebUntis, learning management systems, and other educational apps used at the school)
  • Management of user accounts, access rights, and end devices
  • Setup, inventory management, and maintenance of laptops, iPads, and other digital devices
  • Administration of software licenses and school platforms/applications
  • Coordination and management of external IT service providers and vendors
  • Support for network, Wi-Fi, and printing systems Introduction, administration, and further development of a school management system
  • Planning and execution of data migration and data cleansing processes
  • Ensuring data quality and maintenance of student, staff, and organizational data
  • Support in data protection, IT security, and backup concepts
  • Conducting training sessions for teachers and staff on digital applications
  • Advising and supporting the use of AI-based tools in teaching and administration
  • Developing guidelines and best-practice approaches for digital and AI- supported workflows
  • First- and second-level IT support for teachers and administration
  • Technical support for school events, examinations, and projects
  • Contribution to the school’s digital strategy and innovation projects
  • Planning the IT budget and procurement of hardware and software
  • Completed vocational training or university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in IT support, system administration, or digital project management
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Office 365 and Teams) and user/rights management
  • Good knowledge of networks, device management, cloud services, and IT security
  • Experience with school software, digital learning platforms, data management, and software implementation is an advantage
  • Interest in digital innovation and the use of artificial intelligence in education
  • Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
  • Very good English skills and preferably German skills
