We have around 230 full-time employees across five offices in 4 countries, including two fully equipped call centers. All of the team is office-based.

We are looking for an IT engineer who would be responsible for maintaining and developing the tech infrastructure.

What you will be doing

  • Oversight Office IT Infrastructure, such as wired and wireless networks, Internet services, video conference, telephony, and other office equipment.
  • Manage SaaS tools such as Notion, Jira, Aircall, etc.
  • Support Team by offering IT support, including onboarding assistance and resolving various IT-related queries; work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to address their IT needs.
  • Keep an accurate, up-to-date inventory of IT assets and manage their lifecycle.
  • End-to-end device management and procurement, including implementation and management of MDM solutions, focusing on MacOS, iOS and Android.
  • Help conduct security audits, implement security measures like SSO, and ensure compliance across IT systems.
  • Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline IT operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an IT Engineer, System Administrator, and IT Support roles of 3+ years in a similar scale organization.
  • Previous experience in the following areas:
    • Google Workspace stack or alternatives — setup and management.
    • Linux/Windows servers — troubleshooting.
  • Experience in end-to-end equipment lifecycle management.
  • Experience setting up office infrastructure (Internet, networks (hardware and software), office equipment).
  • Ability to write documentation or describe processes.
  • Worked in a fast-growth start-up, high-tech company experience, or a top established company.
  • B1 in English

Good to have

  • Experience implementing automation solutions using code or no-code approaches to enhance the efficiency of IT operations.
  • Experience with Cyber Essentials, SOC2, SOC3, etc.
