IT Executive - Information Technology Support

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT helpdesk support to users via phone, email, and onsite assistance.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support users on Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Assist with user account setup and password resets.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers when required.
  • Participate in IT projects and system deployments as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in IT or related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and internet connectivity.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
