IT Executive - Retail MNC/East/S$3200

A leading retail organisation is seeking an IT Executive to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across corporate offices, retail stores, and warehouse locations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, and end-user related issues.
• Support IT infrastructure monitoring, system maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage user accounts, email creation, access rights, and IT hardware issuance.
• Handle incident resolution, service requests, and timely escalation of technical issues.
• Perform routine system monitoring, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
• Support IT operations across HQ, offices, retail outlets, and warehouse locations when required.
• Maintain adherence to IT security and operational procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable travelling to multiple operational sites when required.
