Job Summary
The Facilities Management Executive oversees operations and maintenance of co-working facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient environment.

3. team leadership to optimize facility performance and sustainability.
Responsibilities
· Perform immediate maintenance and repairs on IT equipment and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
· Develop and execute long-term facilities management strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote sustainability
· Evaluate facility conditions and recommend targeted improvements or upgrades to enhance functionality and member experience
· Manage daily facility operations, including coordinating maintenance and cleaning services to maintain a safe and welcoming workspace
· Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect members and staff
· Plan and conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to maintain staff preparedness for emergencies
· Address and resolve ad-hoc facilities-related issues
· Good interpersonal skills and able to prioritise tasks well, good team member
Working days : Mon to Fri | Time: 9am to 6pm
From S$2700 onwards to$3500/ month – depends on relevant experience
