Position: IT Field Support Technician Level I I
Location: Charleston SC

REPORTS TO: Director of Customer Support Information Technology
JOB GOAL: To provide on-site technical support for computers and peripheral equipment
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Travel between various schools to provide on- site technical support for computers peripheral equipment, Ipads, Chromebooks as well as audio visual equipment.
- Escalate service request as needed
- Have general IT knowledge
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Support level 1 tasks for Network Operations team related to switches, severs and routers directed by Network Network Operations Staff
- Performs other related duties as assigned by manager and/or assistant manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma/GED
EXPERIENCE: Hands on IT support experience 3-5 years
- A+ Certification preferred
- Net + Certifications
