First State Community Bank is looking for an IT Help Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance. The Help Desk Representative position will assist remote troubleshooting and diagnostics to facilitate appropriate resolutions.
An excellent Help Desk Representative must have basic technical knowledge, patience and the ability to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as help desk representative or other end users support role
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer/technical issues
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
