IT Helpdesk Analyst
Key Responsibilities
To administer, monitor and maintain the Information Technology infrastructure to ensure technical bases and end users are operational and working efficiently.
- End user support including PC operating systems, hardware, video conference, applications, mobile devices and peripherals
- Maintenance of desktop PCs, patches, updates, etc.
- Monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
- Backup IT Administrator(s) as needed on any technical issues
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Perform workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and licenses
- Assist PC and IT accessories procurement
- Collaborate with other team members in the IT department (regional and global) to support corporate ad-hoc projects or perform any IT related assignments
- Must be willing to work after hours when necessary
Required Skills
- At least 2 years end-user IT support experience
- Good knowledge of MS Windows desktop & server, MS Office, Cisco devices, IP phones, video conference systems and Zscaler
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated
- Good command of English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
