Our TechBar Team in Prague provides IT support to over 10,000 colleagues across 9 countries in 5 languages.

We have a focused onboarding program and are happy to accept applicants with no IT experience but a desire to start a career in IT. We also welcome more experienced IT experts, with plenty of opportunities to grow your tech career within AB InBev.

Your Typical Day:

  • You will be the point of contact for European employees needing technical support, assisting with applications via Omnichannel (phone calls, video calls, IT tickets).

  • You will remotely troubleshoot inquiries, using our extensive knowledge base for guidance. Complex issues can be escalated to Level 2 and 3 support.

  • You will record all information in the resolution logs of our ticketing system.

  • You will work on service/process improvement projects, as our team always aims to improve customer satisfaction and automate repetitive tasks.

  • We will help you achieve your goals by focusing on your development, offering career growth opportunities, coaching, mentoring, and formalized training.

  • You won’t be taking calls all day long. Time during your workday will be dedicated to supporting improvements or working on your personal development.

Is This You?

  • Fluent in German or Dutch or French, with English.

  • A university degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Interested in computer systems, mobile devices, and technology products.
